Fred Travalena was an actor and stand-up comic from the 1970s to the 2000s. Some of his movies include: The Buddy Holly Story (as Madman Mancuso), Buy & Cell, Night of the Dribbler, An American Carol (as Jimmy Carter), and Kung Fu Magoo. He passed away in 2009 at the age of 66.
