LILIA SKALA

Lilia Skala was an Austro-Hungarian actress from the 1930s to the 1990s. She is surely best remembered for her role as Mother Maria in Lilies Of The Field (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film). Some of her other movies include: Heartland, Flashdance, and House of Games. Lilia passed away in 1994 at the age of 98.
