LAIRD CREGAR

Laird Cregar was an actor in the 1940s who portrayed some of the most memorable screen villains of that era. Some of his movies include: The Gentlemen from West Point, This Gun for Hire, and Lodger. Sadly, Cregar passed away in 1944 of a heart attack after going on a crash diet, losing over a hundred pounds before his untimely passing.
