BERNHARD GOETZKE

Bernhard Goetzke was a German actor from the 1910s to the 1950s. He had significant roles in six of Fritz Lang's very best movies, including Die Nibelungen, Metropolis, and Destiny. In all, he made 140 movies. He stayed in Germany after the Nazis came to power and he appeared in Jud Suss and other Nazi movies. He basically retired from movies in 1944, although he appeared in one more movie after the war in 1950. He passed away in 1964 at the age of 80.
