Richard Biggs was a actor from the 1980s to the 2000s. He is probably best known for his role as Dr. Stephen Franklin on TV's "Babylon 5". He also appeared in "Strong Medicine", "Days of Our Lives", and "The Guiding Light". Biggs passed away in 2004 at the age of 44 from an aortic aneurysm.
