Joy Harmon is an actress from the 1960s to the 1970s. She will be forever best remembered as "Lucille", the girl washing the car in Cool Hand Luke! Some of her other movies include: Village of the Giants, and Let's Rock. As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 81!
