HEATH LEDGER

Heath Ledger was an Australian actor from the 1990s to the 2000s. He is best remembered for his role as The Joker in The Dark Knight (winner of the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film; awarded posthumously). Some of his other movies include: 10 Things I Hate About You, The Patriot, A Knight's Tale, Monster's Ball, and Brokeback Mountain (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film). Ledger passed away in 2008 at the age of 28 from an accidental drug overdose.
