FRANK STRAYER

Frank R. Strayer was a movie director from the 1920s to the 1950s. Some of his movies include: Steppin' Out, The Bachelor's Baby, Rough House Rosie, The Vampire Bat, and the series of "Blondie" movies starring Penny Singleton in the title role. He passed away in 1964 at the age of 72.
