Billy West (born Roy B. Weissburg) was a Russian born actor from the 1910s to the 1930s. He starred opposite of Oliver Hardy in many of his silent comedies and was the best-known and most successful imitator of Charlie Chaplin's "Tramp" character. Some of his movies include: The Hero, The Villain, The Hobo, and His Day Out. He passed away in 1975 at the age of 82.
