HERB JEFFRIES

Herb Jeffries (born Umberto Alejandro Ballentino; sometimes billed as "Herbert Jeffrey" or "Herbert Jeffries") was an actor and singer from the 1930s to the 1990s. Some of his movies include: Harlem on the Prairie, The Bronze Buckaroo, Harlem Rides the Range, Chrome and Hot Leather, and Portrait of a Hitman. He was once married to the famous stripper Tempest Storm. Jeffries passed away in 2014 at the age of 100.
