Jasmine Guy is an actress from the 1980s to the present Her father was African American, and her mother was Portuguese-American. Some of her movies include: School Daze, Harlem Nights, and My Nephew Emmett, but she is probably best known as Whitley Gilbert on TV's "A Different World"
