Marion Michael (sometimes billed as Marion Michaels) was a German actress from the 1950s to the 1990s. She was discovered at a talent contest and subsequently promoted as the "German Brigitte Bardot". Her dark hair was dyed blonde and she was refused acting classes to maintain her "naturalness". Some of her movies include: Blond Bis Aufs Blut, Jungle Girl and the Slaver. She is probably best remembered for her role in "Liane, Jungle Goddess", made in Germany in 1956, when star she was just 16, and yet she had nude scenes, and appeared virtually nude on the posters! The movie was not released in the U.S. for over two years later. Marion passed away in 2007 at the age of 66.
