FRANCES E. WILLIAMS

Frances E. Williams was a black African American actress from the 1930s to the 1990s. Some of her movies include: Lying Lips (directed by Oscar Micheaux), The Jerk, and Magnificent Doll. She passed away in 1995 at the age of 89.
