ARTHUR TRACY

Arthur Tracy was a Russian-born (in what is now Ukraine) singer and actor from the 1930s to the 1980s. Some of his movies include: The Street Singer, Follow Your Star, and Crossing Delancey. He passed away in 1997 at the age of98.
