LAWRENCE HILTON-JACOBS

Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs is a black African American actor from the 1970s to the present. Some of his movies include: Cooley High, Indecent Behavior, and L.A. Vice, however, he is best known for his role as Freddie "Boom Boom" Washington on the TV comedy series "Welcome Back Kotter"!
