ARTHUR CONAN DOYLE

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle was a Scottish writer from the 1880s to 1930. He is known throughout the world as the author of the Sherlock Holmes novels and short stories (he wrote over fifty!). Doyle passed away in 1930 at the age of 71.
