Hal Smith was an voice actor from 1940s to 1990s. He is best remembered for his role as Otis Campbell in TV's The Andy Griffith Show. His some of his other movies include: Morris Has a Cold, Beauty & the Beast, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Count Down Clown. He passed away in 1994 at the age of 77.
