JIMMY CARTER

James Earl 'Jimmy' Carter Jr. was President of the United States from 1977 to 1981. He was also a Senator and Governor of Georgia from the 1960s to the 1970s. After leaving office, he has been involved in humanitarian projects. As of 2021, Carter is still alive at the age of 96! He is also is the longest-lived president, the longest-retired president, the first to live forty years after their inauguration, and the first to live beyond the age of 95.
