NICHOLAS BROTHERS

The Nicholas Brothers were legendary black African American dancing brothers (Harold and Fayard) mostly from the 1930s to the 1950s. The brothers did acrobatic dancing that was the equal of Gene Kelly, but due to the prejudices of the time, they never achieved the mainstream stardom they would have had they not been black.
