DEAN WINTERS

Dean Winters is an actor from the 1990s to the present. Some of his roles include: HBO's "Oz", FX's "Rescue Me", and as Dennis on TV's "30 Rock". He is presently best known for his role as "Mayhem" in the Allstate Insurance commercials.
