GODFREY TEARLE

Godfrey Tearle was an American-born English actor from the 1900s to the 1950s. Some of his movies include: Romeo and Juliet (the 1908 version; in the title role as Romeo), The 39 Steps, and Decameron Nights. He also appeared in several London productions of Shakespeare plays, including: Othello, Macbeth, and Henry V. Tearle passed away in 1953 at the age of 68.
