RUTH HAMPTON

Ruth Hampton was an actress from the 1950s. She was of Irish and Spanish heritage, and she had an "exotic" look. She won her first beauty contest when she was 1 year old and was Miss New Jersey at 21. She was also a member of the Rockettes and a dancer. She made some movies and had three husbands, the last of whom was Robert Clary (of Hogan's Heroes fame), and she became Ruth Clary, and she remained married to him until he passed away in 1999. Some of her movies include: The Glenn Miller Story, Law & Order, and Johnny Dark. She passed away in 2005 at the age of 74.
