The Andrews Sisters were a singing group comprised of three sisters (LaVerne, Maxene and Patty). They won a singing competition when they were in their early teens in the 1920s, but their career did not take off until they moved to Hollywood in the 1930s, and they had their greatest fame in the 1940s, with both hit songs, and appearances in many movies. Some of their songs include: Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Well All Right and Pistol Packin' Mama
