An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More)

Fred Clark was an actor from the 1940s to the 1960s. He was the first Harry Morton on TV's "The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show" in 1951. He left the show in 1953 because he was in much demand as a character actor in top movies of that time, including A Place in the Sun, Sunset Boulevard, and Auntie Mame. He passed away in 1968 at the age of 54.
Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Fred Clark! Note that this item was consigned to us from the family of Ken Jones, who was an author of books about movies (including books about character actors and western stars). In the course of researching his books, he became friends with many Hollywood actors, and he would ask them to autograph stills for him (originals if he had them, or repros if he did not), and they obliged, usually returning the stills to him with a personalized inscription "To Ken". The family does not have a letter of authenticity for this signed item, but we feel certain it is authentic, given Mr. Jones' personal relationship with the star.

Condition: good to very good. There are many creases scattered throughout the still, but they are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted to the light.
