An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Thirty by Forty Movie Poster (measures 30" x 40") (Learn More) Dance With Me Henry, the 1956 Charles Barton screwball crime comedy ("It's a crazy, mixed-up comedy carnival!"; "Here Come The Wildest, Wackiest Pied Pipers of Them All! In the funniest Comedy Carnival that ever rocked and rolled you in the aisle!"; "Lou gets the beat in the coolest session that ever rocked the screen!"; "It's a Rock'n Roller Coaster Riot!"; "When a hot 200 grand gets stashed in their Kiddyland Bud and Lou find a body on their hands... The cops on their trail... A gang out to gun them... And a million laughs all the way!") starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello (in the title role as Lou Henry; this was Abbott and Costello's final performance together!), Gigi Perreau, Rusty Hamer, Mary Wickes, Ted De Corsia, and Ron Hargrave NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster was sniped with a different title over the entire middle title area, and the snipe was removed, and there is still tape across the top of that area, and surface paper loss in the other three borders where the snipe was. There are many creases around the edges and the entire poster has darkened somewhat. There is a horizontal line in Abbott's face at the bottom of the poster (it looks like grease pencil). This poster was never folded (it was sent rolled in a tube to the poster exchange, and then to the theater, if it was used in a theater). The poster has some clear imperfections. We likely have written a few words about those imperfections, but we may not have, as they likely can be seen by looking at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster.
