Important Added Info: Note that this is something VERY unusual! A man who worked at "Self-Seal Container Corp." in Pennsylvania in the summer of 1977 was contacted by Factors Etc., Inc. to fulfill an unusual contract. Factors was selling posters for the first Star Wars movie, and the posters were selling unbelievably well, and they hired Self-Seal Container to roll and insert those 22x28 posters into poly bags, so they could be shipped to stores. During a three week period, they were able to produce 1.3 MILLION finished bagged posters! After they delivered all the posters, the man at Factors who had hired them, Lou Davis, came to their location and gave the man in charge this framed poster, which measures slightly differently than the commercial poster. It appears to be either printed on a canvas material, or glued onto a canvas material. Mr. Davis told the man that they had produced 50 of these, and that they had given them to people at the studio, but that they also wanted to give one to the Self-Sealed people for their hard work! Our consignor is that man who received it, and he has kept it in a closet for the last 43 years, and now has consigned it to us. The person who wins the poster will also receive a copy of that letter from that man detailing the above story. We have not seen another example of this, so we don't know what happened to the other 49 that the man said were given out.

Condition: very good to fine. The framed item is likely in the same condition it was when our consignor received it 43 years ago (see above)!
