An Original Vintage 8" x 10" General Amusement Corp. Publicity Still (Learn More) Chubby Jackson (born Greig Stewart Jackson), a jazz music composer/conductor/bassist from the 1930s to the 1950. He played himself in "A Great Day in Harlem". He at one time was featured with Woody Herman and His Orchestra and he was a host of several New York City TV kids shows in the 1950s and 1960s, including the "Little Rascals Show" and the "Looney Tunes Show" (also known as "The Chubby Jackson Show"). His son, Duffy Jackson, is also an excellent jazz drummer! Chubby passed away in 2003 at the age of 84. Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
