Important Added Info: What is offered here is an odd combination of items, but it contains some excellent Jaws material! Someone had part of an original Jaws presskit. They had 17 stills, all with the standard printing on the back (with a sentence or two about the image on the front, and below that, a paragraph about the movie. They also had a group of supplements stapled together with a single staple. The supplements include one to two-page biographies of each of the top stars, a three-page synopsis of the movie, and a ten-page supplement of production notes. The top supplement has two pages with the credits for the movie, and the first page has the Jaws logo at top left and a silhouette of the shark across the page (and each of the other supplements have that same cover sheet, so in all there are eight such cover sheets, at the start of each supplement. The person who owned this also had a 4 1/2" x 7" 16-page brochure with lots of images from the movie and much printed information about the movie. The back cover of the brochure says that the movie "will be seen beginning June 20 and continuing throughout the summer", so clearly this was produced before the movie opened. The person also had two supplements from the Universal Studios tour, one two pages long, and the other ten pages long, giving information about the new Jaws ride that opened April 10, 1976, and with that they had an 8" x 10" still showing art of people on the ride, and there is printing on the back talking about the new ride. The person who had all of the above did not have the original folder for this material (either from the 1975 movie presskit or from the 1976 Universal Studios tour presskit (if there was a folder), and they put all this material inside a folder from the Seven Seas Marine Life Park in Arlington, Texas, which has no connection to Jaws in any way! The folder just serves as a way to keep the material together. So the winner of this auction gets 17 original 1975 stills, 8 rare 1975 supplements stapled together, plus one still and two supplements from the 1976 opening of the Universal Studios tour, plus an unrelated folder (see our images).

Condition: very good to fine. Most of the items are in really nice condition (see our images).
