A 1937 Re-Release Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Doctor Bull, the 1933 John Ford country doctor medical hospital comedy ("Based on 'The Last Adam' by James Gould Cozzens"; "As Great - As Human - As 'State Fair'"; about an old country doctor in a small town, and how the local citizens look to replace him with a younger, more up to date doctor, and he must win back their confidence) starring Will Rogers (in the title role as Dr. George 'Doc' Bull), Ralph Morgan, Marian Nixon, Andy Devine, Vera Allen, Rochelle Hudson, and Berton Churchill NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that Will Rogers was the foremost movie star for Fox Pictures in the early 1930s, and was at the height of his career when he was killed in a plane crash in 1935. Fox had just merged with Twentieth Century Pictures to form 20th Century Fox (Rogers had made one movie for the combined company), and immediately after his death, and for the year after, 20th Century Fox re-issued all of his sound movies. This title card is from the 1937 re-release of Rogers' 1933 "Doctor Bull". Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good to fine.
