Important Added Info: Note that when this movie was being filmed in 1997, special jackets were created for the cast and crew that have "STAR WARS EPISODE ONE" on the back and "CAST & CREW '97" on the front (see our images). We don't know if there were different jackets created for different weather situations, but we have been consigned a jacket that has a label sewn to the inside that reads "JACKET, FLYER'S COLD WEATHER TYPE CWU-45/P", and says "BASED ON U.S.A.F. ORIGINAL". It is made of nylon with polyester fiber fill. It is size X-Large. We have included a picture of the front and back of the jacket, as well as a close up of the label, and also a couple of images of some guy who wandered in off the street and who modeled it (he wears XL, and it fits him well)! Our consignor purchased it at a London charity auction in either April or May of 1998, quite a bit in advance of the movie's U.S. premiere in May 1999 (and the London premiere was in July). We have never seen another of these jackets, and it certainly would get a LOT of comments from anyone who sees the new owner wearing it, especially when the new movie is about to be released! Condition: very good to fine. The label has yellowed at the top. Otherwise, the jacket is in really nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
