The Merry Widow, the 1952 Curtis Bernhardt romantic musical ("MGM presents the saucy NEW musical!"; "Based on the operetta written by composer Franz Lehar and authors Victor Leon & Leo Stein") starring Lana Turner (in the title role "as The Merry Widow"), Fernando Lamas, Una Merkel, Richard Haydn, Thomas Gomez, John Abbott, and Marcel Dalio. Note that this movie was a remake of the 1934 Ernst Lubitsch movie starring Jeanette MacDonald and Maurice Chevalier.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded once horizontally and once vertically right off of the printing press. It is very difficult to find an unfolded example of most half-sheets, especially from before 1970!

Condition: good to very good. There is a 3" tear in the left of the bottom border that was repaired with tape from the back and there are some other tears in the borders that are not repaired.
