An Original Vintage Autographed Michael Myers Mask (measures ) (Learn More) Halloween is a horror franchise that consists of eleven films, as well as novels, comic books, merchandise, and a video game, which began with the original 1978 movie, Halloween, which was written by John Carpenter and Debra Hill, and directed by Carpenter. That movie and the subsequent films primarily focus on serial killer Michael Myers, who was committed to a sanitarium as a child for the murder of his sister, and later escapes to terrorize the people of the fictional town of Haddonfield, Illinois on Halloween. The first film is considered a horror classic and it inspired a long line of slasher films. The movies have been rebooted/re-imagined several times, which causes some confusion with the titles (there are three films called "Halloween" and two called "Halloween 2") Important Added Info: Note that this item has been personally autographed (signed) by FOUR people: stuntman James Winburn (who performed as Michael Meyers in the 1978 Halloween during the action scenes), George P. Wilbur (who played Michael Meyers in Halloween IV and VI), Chris Durand (who played Michael Meyers in Halloween H20), and Don Shanks (who played Michael Myers in Halloween V)! Our consignor purchased this at a horror convention in 2005, and it has a tag on it that reads "2001 Don Post Studios, Inc.", but there is also embossed information in the rubber below it that has a 2005 date. He then took it to conventions where the above people appeared in person, and got each of them to sign it! He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the autographs are authentic. Condition: very good to fine. The mask is in nice condition (see our many images).
