Picture Stamps, the 1960 stamps sold by Micro Co. of Los Angeles, California. This company offered 100 stamps for 75 cents or 300 stamps for $2, and they had a file of 21,000 stars and groups. You could order up to six different stars or groups, and you would receive 50 or more of each stamp, but you could request any star or group that you wanted! The stamps themselves measure 1" x 1 1/2" and they have a gummed backing so that they could be stuck on any sort of envelope or paper. We don't know how long this company was in existence, but our consignor tells us that he purchased these in 1960. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Important Added Info: The winner of this auction receives 13 stamps as shown in our image, and also an original order form, also shown.

Condition: very good.
