And loving!"; "There's never anything wrong with a woman that a man's lips won't cure!"; "Laughs without a let-up! Love without a let-down!"; "Love makes a glamour girl turn rug-cutter!"; "A picture to remember as fondly as the first time someone whispered... Solt"; about a woman who inherits her father's trucking business, and she successfully runs it herself, and a reporter turns up who wants to run a negative story about her, but he ends up falling for her instead) starring Joan Crawford, Melvyn Douglas, Roland Young, Billie Burke, Allen Jenkins, Mary Treen, and Edward Gargan. Note that this was originally going to be titled "He Kissed the Bride", but was later changed to the title that we know today. Also note that this movie was supposed to star Carole Lombard, but she was killed in a plane crash just prior to the filming of the movie, and Crawford stepped in to replace her. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was never folded. It COULD conceivably be rolled and sent in a tube, but it would certainly damage the poster to do so, so we will only send it to the winning bidder in a large flat package that measures approximately 16" x 38". Please bear this added expense in mind before bidding on this poster. Note that this item needs to be shipped in an oversized flat package. Most of these items absolutely can only be sent in flat packages, and could not possibly be rolled into a tube. Some of them might SEEM like they could be rolled in a tube, like a half-sheet, but they can't. The reason these items are in this auction is specifically because they CAN'T be rolled (because rolling any of them would damage them, even if they somehow can be rolled). So please bear in mind that this item must be sent in a LARGE flat package (the size of the package will depend on the size of the item when ready for shipping), and bear this added expense in mind before placing a bid on it. Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It has darkened somewhat and it has light horizontal creases scattered throughout, with a few scuffs. It has water staining in the bottom blank border.
