A Set of 8 Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

Alfred Hitchcock's The Man Who Knew Too Much, the 1956 Alfred Hitchcock kidnapping spy espionage conspiracy crime thriller ("Alfred Hitchcock's greatest suspense Adventure!"; "The flash of a knife... the crash of cymbals! Cues for murder - excitement - suspense!"; "A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing!"; "Based on a story by Charles Bennett and D.B. Wyndham Lewis"; "Screenplay by John Michael Hayes") starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart), Doris Day, Brenda De Banzie, Bernard Miles, Ralph Truman, Daniel Gelin, Reggie Nalder, Richard Wattis, Alexis Bobrinskoy, and Christopher Olsen. Note that this is a re-make of Hitchcock's 1934 English film of the same name, but with quite a few differences and it includes Doris Day singing "Que Sera, Sera", which became a huge hit!

Important Added Info: Note that card #7 has been personally autographed (signed) by Doris Day! Our consignor purchased this complete set (with one signed card) from a major auction house, but they did not provide him with a certificate of authenticity.

As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.

Condition: very good. Each card has some pretty minor wear around the edges and a few smudges in some of the light background areas. Otherwise, they are in pretty nice condition. See our super-sized images to get a good sense of the condition of these cards.
