She'll Get You!"; "She gives you that weird feeling!"; "Based upon the Bram Stoker story 'Dracula's Guest'"; "Story suggested by Oliver Jeffries") starring Otto Kruger, Gloria Holden (in the title role as Countess Marya Zaleska), Marguerite Churchill, Edward Van Sloan (as Professor Van Helsing), Gilbert Emery, Irving Pichel, Billy Bevan (one of the better Charlie Chaplin imitators of the time), Nan Gray, Hedda Hopper, Halliwell Hobbes, Claude Allister, Edgar Norton, and E.E. Clive NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that first release lobby cards from this Universal vampire movie are extremely rare. We have only previously auctioned two scene cards, but we have never before auctioned this title card! Note that this card has been graded and authenticated by mpgrading.com. This means that a corner of the card has been "encrypted with a unique 9-digit serial number with invisible DNA-laced ink", which can be seen with a special scanner, and this info has been attached to a separate Certificate of Authenticity. On that certificate, the card has been given a grade of "very fine (8.5) - RG", but of course, that grading scale is not the same as ours (see below). Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. The card had a few pinholes and smudges around the edges, with the tiniest of paper loss in the center of the top border. It had pinholes in the corners of the image, and one in Holden's neck at upper left, and a pinhole in the "G" of "KRUGER". A talented restorer gel backed the card (meaning they backed the card onto a gel material) and they then performed excellent restoration to the above defects, and then removed the gel backing, so that the card still exactly looks and feels like an original card (and it is!), with no backing at all. You can see slight signs of the restoration, but the card displays really well! Learn More about condition grades
