The Beloved Traitor, the 1918 William Worthington silent Maine New York City romantic love triangle comedy ("From the popular novel by Frank L. Packard"; about a Maine sculptor whose girlfriend urges him to go to New York City so he can be more successful, and when he does, he falls for a big city woman, but his sculpture suffers, and he comes to realize that his earlier girlfriend was his inspiration, so he returns to her and finds love and better sculpture!) starring Mae Marsh, E.K. Lincoln, Hedda Hopper, George Fawcett, Bradley Barker, and Chester Morris (just 17 years old and eighth billed in his second movie ever!).
