An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Longest Night, the 1936 Errol Taggart romantic mystery crime thriller (about a manager of a department store who is accused of stealing merchandise, and he has to catch the crooks who are doing the actual robbing, while romancing a pretty clerk) starring Robert Young, Florence Rice, Ted Healy (most famous as the person who started The Three Stooges; they were first billed as "Ted Healy and his Stooges"; he let them go on their own, hiring replacement "Stooges", but that did not work out well at all!), Julie Haydon, Catharine Doucet, and Sidney Toler. Note that in an amusing twist of irony, this movie was called "The Longest Night", but was actually the shortest feature film ever produced by MGM, running just 50 minutes long!
