An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) The Man Who Found Himself, the 1937 Lew Landers medical doctor romantic thriller (about a doctor who becomes disillusioned and quits practicing medicine, and he gets a job on an airplane that serves as a "flying hospital", and in an amazing coincidence, he finds himself on the plane with a man who needs an operation that only he can perform, and super sexy young nurse Joan Fontaine talks him into operating and "finding himself") starring John Beal, Joan Fontaine (very young in her third movie and her first major role), Philip Huston, Jane Walsh, George Irving, Dwight Frye, and Dwight Frye Jr. (seven years old at the time!) Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the playdates section at the bottom of the glass.
