An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Texas Tom, the 1949 Joseph Barbera & William Hanna (Hanna Barbera) animated cartoon feline cat & mouse cowboy western comedy family short starring Tom & Jerry NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster had creases, tiny tears, and some small areas of paper loss in the top 1/4 of the vertical foldline and across the top horizontal foldline. There was a lesser amount of tiny paper loss in the bottom 1/4 of the vertical foldline (in the white background below the title). There was a thin strip of surface paper loss at the top center of the poster, 1" to the left of the vertical foldline extending through the left side of the "W" of "GOLDWYN". There were pinholes, creases, and some tears around the edges of the poster and very a few pinholes scattered through the image. The poster was in very good condition overall. The person who linenbacked the poster pretty much just backed it "as is" with the most minor attempts at restoration (mostly some inpainting in the white background areas). While the poster displays pretty well, if I owned the poster, I would either have a restorer do additional restoration to the poster without re-backing it, or I would have the poster completely re-backed. There were very few defects in the actual image and title areas of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
