Note that this is the movie which contains one of the most disturbing images ever shown on screen, that of a man slitting a woman's eye with a straight razor (if you have ever seen it, you have not forgotten it!) Important Added Info: Note that, although this classic short movie was made in France in 1928, it was never officially released there at that time, and there are no French posters from 1928, due to its very controversial images.
