An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 8 1/2" x 12" Movie Still (Learn More) Slim Summerville was an actor from the 1910s to the 1940s. Some of his movies include: Bride By Mistake, Jesse James, and All Quiet on the Western Front. He also appeared in a series of very popular Universal comedies in the early 1930s with Zasu Pitts. Slim passed away in 1946 at the age of 53. Important Added Info: Note that this great still by Universal's top photographer, Freulich (who did the stills for all the great Universal horror classics), has a snipe on the back which explains that Summerville would have made a great Dracula had Lugosi broken his leg (or contract!) before the filming of this horror classic! Also note that this still has been trimmed and it now measures 8 1/2" x 12". Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Condition: good. The still was trimmed, but we don't know what size it originally measured and the corners have been slightly rounded. Learn More about condition grades
