Pulp Fiction, the classic 1994 Quentin Tarantino (nominated for the Best Director Academy Award for this film) organized crime hit men murder revenge robbery thriller ("From the creator of Reservoir Dogs"; "From the creator of 'True Romance' & 'Reservoir Dogs'"; "Pulp [pulp] n. 1. a soft, moist, shapeless mass of matter. 2. a book containing lurid subject matter, and being characteristically printed on rough, unfinished paper."; "You won't know the facts until you see the fiction."; nominated for Best Picture Academy Award) starring John Travolta (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film; as Vincent Vega, "The Hitman"; "You play with matches, you get burned."), Samuel L. Jackson (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film; as Jules Winnfield "The Preacher"; "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides"), Uma Thurman (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film; as Mia Wallace "The Big Man's Wife"; "I can keep it a secret if you can."), Harvey Keitel (as Winston 'The Wolf' Wolfe; "I don't smile in pictures."), Tim Roth (as Pumpkin/Ringo), Ving Rhames (as Marsellus Wallace), Rosanna Arquette (as Jody), Christopher Walken (as Koons), Bruce Willis (as Butch "The Boxer"; "He was dead before he ever stepped into the ring."), Amanda Plummer (as Honey Bunny/Yolanda), Eric Stoltz, and Quentin Tarantino (as Jimmie)

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been personally autographed (signed) by Quentin Tarantino! As noted below, this poster is far more rare than the "regular" one-sheet, and this is the VERY FIRST time we have auctioned an example of it that was signed by Tarantino, so it will be a wonderful poster for its new owner to display!

Note that this is the very rare recalled advance poster (note the "Coming Soon to a Theatre Near You") which has a pack of Lucky Strike instead of a pack of "Apple" cigarettes (apparently, the makers of the movie were told they were violating a copyright and remade the poster with a generic pack of cigarettes!). There are known repros of this poster, but they have distinctive differences (and sometimes measure differently) than the guaranteed originals (the originals have "faux" defects around the edges, to create the illusion that it is an old paperback book, but the repros have some slight added defects not in the known originals). We have carefully checked this poster and it is 100% original (there are no "marks" in Uma's chest).

Our consignor is a longtime film critic, movie journalist, and celebrity interviewer, and he obtained the signatures on his posters in person when he attended press junkets, advance screenings, or when he interviewed the people at special events. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signatures on all his posters are authentic. We are auctioning 115 of his posters in 111 auctions (two of the auctions have more than one signed poster in them). This paragraph appears on all of those 111 auctions.

As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.

Condition: good to very good. There are tiny creases and extremely tiny tears near the bottom of the right border. There are some faint creases scattered in the image. The poster can still be displayed as it is (especially because of its "faux" defects), or one might choose to have it backed, but either way, the new owner will have an extremely rare poster to display on their wall!
