And the roving land-giants of the great Northwest!"; "Spectacular saga of the roving land-giants of the Northwest - and the women who followed them!... the big story!"; "Actually filmed high in the mammoth Redwood wilderness - with its treasure that piles to the sky!... the big locale!; " about a Quaker colony that tries to save the giant sequoias) starring Kirk Douglas, Eve Miller, Patrice Wymore, Edgar Buchanan, Alan Hale Jr., Roy Roberts, and Charles Meredith. Note that Douglas apparently agreed to act in any film for free if Warner Bros would let him out of his existing multi-year contract with them. Warner gave him this film which many consider a low-point in his early career. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The still was printed slightly off center, which causes it to have a large right blank border and a tiny left blank border. This was a somewhat common printing defect in vintage stills, and most collectors do not consider it a major defect if it is only slightly off center as it is in this case. Condition: very good.
