An Original Vintage Theatrical Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 18") (Learn More) Biography of a Bachelor Girl, the 1934 Edward H. Griffith writer publishing political scandal romantic comedy ("'A bachelor girl leads a merry life!'"; about a female artist who writes her autobiography, telling how she had an affair with a politician, and her publisher thinks she is despicable, but falls in love with her anyway) starring Ann Harding, Robert Montgomery, Edward Everett Horton, Edward Arnold, and Una Merkel NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card has been trimmed and now measures 14" x 18". The window card originally had a blank top that was neatly trimmed off (this was commonly done with window cards, when the top had been left blank, or when someone had hand-scrawled play date information in that area). Most collectors do not consider it to be a significant defect at all, since only blank white paper is lost, and the window card becomes easier to frame. Condition: very good. The top 4" of the card was neatly trimmed off (the blank top area). Note that the card measures very slightly under 14" x 18" (an extremely tiny amount in each direction!) and has next-to-no left, right, or bottom blank borders, but it has NOT been trimmed (this was done at a time when MGM was experimenting with having as few borders as possible). There are some faint scuffs scattered in the card. Learn More about condition grades
