An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Japanese Two-Panel Movie Poster (measures approximately 20" x 57") (Learn More) Medium Cool, the classic 1969 Haskell Wexler journalism photography television news pseudo-documentary ("Beyond the age of innocence... into the age of awareness"; "Written & directed by Haskell Wexler"; about news photographers, partly set at the 1968 Democratic National Convention, and incorporating actual footage from the Convention) starring Robert Forster, Verna Bloom, Peter Bonerz, Marianna Hill, Harold Blankenship, Christine Bergstrom, Peter Boyle (in his first credited movie role!), and Haskell Wexler. Note that this was one of the rare mainstream movies that (like Midnight Cowboy) was released with an X rating, but because some theaters refused to show such movies, it was successfully appealed and changed to an R rating. The studio created snipes to cover the original rating on many posters. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster contains an unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over that area, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual poster does not have that white bar!
