An Original Vintage Folded World War II Poster (measures 26 1/4" x 37" [67 x 94 cm]) (Learn More)

You Help Build the B-29, the 1945 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("U.S. Army Official Poster") with an image of a B-29 Bomber and an "exploded view" of all the separate main parts it takes to put the plane together. The Boeing B-29 Superfortress was a four-engine propeller-driven heavy bomber designed by Boeing and flown by the United States during World War II and the Korean War. The Superfortress was designed for high-altitude strategic bombing but also excelled in low-altitude night incendiary bombing, and in dropping naval mines to blockade Japan. B-29s also dropped the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, becoming the only aircraft to ever use nuclear weaponry in combat. Today, more than twenty B-29s remain as static displays, but only two still fly.
If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. There is small paper loss in the middle of the left edge of the poster. There is a small ink pad stamp in the lower left corner and there are some pin holes in each corner of the poster. The poster is otherwise in generally nice condition.
