An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Jumbo Lobby Card (measures 14" x 17") (Learn More) Miriam Hopkins was an actress from the 1920s to the 1960s. Some of her movies include: Trouble in Paradise, The Heiress, Becky Sharp (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Smiling Lieutenant, These Three, and Design for Living. She passed away in 1972 at the age of 69. Important Added Info: Note that this was a special personality jumbo lobby card created by Paramount to promote their stars in the early 1930s. There were a set of similar jumbo lobby cards for all of the top Paramount stars at that time, but it is likely that very few of them survive at all! Condition: good. There are a few creases and scuffs around the edges of the card. There is a 1/2" tear in the upper right border. There is a semi-circular scuff mark at the top center of the card running through the top part of Hopkins' hair, but it is not very noticeable in her hair, and the part in the background that is noticeable is not very distracting.
