Edward Sutherland Universal science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy screwball comedy ("Original Story by Kurt [Curt] Siodmak and Joe May"; Siodmak had written "The Invisible Man Returns" shortly before this, and he wrote most of the Universal horror movies of this period, and the following year, he wrote "The Wolf Man"; this sequel of sorts is played for laughs; Barrymore is a somewhat mad scientist who invents an invisibility potion, and he finds a beautiful model who volunteers as a guinea pig, because she needs to get even with her mean boss, and Oscar Homolka also volunteers, because he wants to steal the secret and make a fortune) starring Virginia Bruce (in the title role as Kitty Carroll/The Invisible Woman), John Barrymore, John Howard, Charlie Ruggles, Oscar Homolka, Maria Montez, Margaret Hamilton, and Shemp Howard

What IS linenbacking? Learn More

Note that this poster ships in a very long tube (at least 33" long, but possibly 50" long or more). Therefore the shipping for this poster will be more than that for a poster that ships in a tube 32" or shorter, and possibly much more. Please bear this added shipping expense in mind before bidding on this poster. You can tell how long of a tube this poster needs to ship in by looking at the shorter dimension of its length and width and then adding 4" to that (so a 47" x 63" poster will need to ship in a 51" long tube).

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had small paper loss at some crossfolds and some creases, tears, and tiny paper loss on parts of some foldlines. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
