Strayer family relationship bumbling father comedy ("The most lovable family that ever stole your heart away!"; "Out of the 'funnies'... straight into your heart!"; "Based upon the comic strip created by Chic Young"; the very first of the highly successful series of "Blondie" movies) starring Penny Singleton (in the title role as Blondie), Arthur Lake (as Dagwood Bumstead), Larry Simms (as Baby Dumpling), Gene Lockhart, Willie Best, and Daisy the Dog (a dog named Spooks that was renamed Daisy after the comic strip dog, and this was her debut; she appeared in all the Blondie movies and also a number of other movie until she retired in 1951!) We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. There are some pieces of tape on the back of most of the horizontal fold and one on back of the top of the vertical fold where there was separation. There is 3" of separation at the bottom of the vertical fold. There are some pieces of clear tape on the front and back of the borders that mend some tears and some pinholes and smudges around the edges (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
